Reservation Agent

Job Description

  • Answer telephone calls routed to your position in a timely manner
  • Make reservations for ground transportation services
  • Provide guest support
  • Be proficient in all ground transportation systems entries
  • Demonstrate effective sales techniques
  • Provide a level of service that exceeds our guest’s expectations
  • Interface with the Group Sales Representatives
  • Meet basic standards as outlined in the Employee Manual
  • Communicate company information in a clear and concise manner
  • Be knowledgeable of all services the company provides
  • Other duties as assigned

Schedules / Shifts: Eight hour shifts are available at various starting times between 5:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. and ending between 4:30 p.m. and 12:30 a.m. There are some middle shifts and split shifts available. This is a full-time seasonal position consisting of 32 to 40 hours per week.

Wage and Benefit Information: The starting wage will be $13.00 per hour and is paid bi-weekly.
A bonus is offered to all seasonal employees in the amount of 10% of gross wages for the period November 1, 2010 through April 3, 2011. To be eligible for the bonus you have to work at least 640 hours during the bonus period and through the week ending April 3, 2011.

Reservation Supervisor

Job Description

  • Knowledge of CME reservation database, all products and services
  • Supervise 20-25 Reservation Agents
  • Assist with interviewing, hiring and training of reservation agents
  • Assist in planning, assigning and directing reservation agents
  • Assist with rewarding and disciplining employees in accordance with company policies
  • Answer Reservation Calls
  • Provide level of customer service that exceeds guest's expectations
  • Demonstrate proficiency in sales techniques
  • Handle guests incidents in a professional manner
  • Work with other departments to resolve guests incidents
  • Work  with Group Help Desk in booking and confirming group reservations
  • Work cohesively with other departments in all locations
  • Demonstrate team leader skills
  • Participate in cross-training of other departments
  • Demonstrate organizational and time management skills
  • Other duties as assigned

Schedules / Shifts: This is a full time year round position.  The normal supervisor shifts are either 7 am to 3 pm or 2 pm to 10 pm.  You are required to be flexible and be willing to cover other shift times when requested by management.

Wage and Benefit Information: Wages to be determined based on experience.

Guest Service Driver

Delivery Acquisition, Inc. d/b/a Colorado Mountain Express, is looking to fill Guest Service Driver positions in Edwards, Glenwood Springs, and Silverthorne, Colorado. This is a full-time temporary peakload position and we are looking to fill 105 job openings for employment from November 1, 2010 to April 30, 2011.

Duties: With focus on safety, transport guests and luggage from various origin points to various destination points. Fuel and clean vehicle. Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspection. Follow instructions from dispatchers. Promptly report for assigned trips. Accurately record and submit information to dispatch/management, including trip sheets and daily driver logs. Collect and account for any cash for service when required.

Requirements: High School Diploma or a GED. Ability to meet all U.S. federal and state regulations relating to the transportation of passengers by commercial drivers. Must hold or be willing to obtain a regular Colorado drivers license and must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Must not have any violations involving drugs or illegal drugs. Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend English. Must pass pre-employment drug test and U.S. Department of Transportation physical examination. Must pass a 10-year background check with the Transportation Security Administration and be able to lift up to 100 pounds.

Pay & Work Schedule: $9.45/hr, Up to 50hrs/wk, Mon-Sun. Daily scheduled start and end times vary. On the job training is available. Overtime is not available.

DIA Porter

Job Description

  • Coordinate loading process and departures with the dispatcher, porters, and drivers.
  • Organize loading zones and direct traffic to create sufficient space for loading vehicles.
  • Keep guests informed of estimated time of departure and general information about airport facilities.
  • Organize luggage and guests according to vehicle numbers.
  • Uphold integrity of radio transmissions and boarding procedures.
  • Perform guest check-in services and airport-based sales (reservations).
  • Assist guests and their luggage to boarding areas and/or vehicles.
  • Maintain a general knowledge of our services, operations, and the areas that we serve.
